🎓 Dr. Ran Dubin, an accomplished academic and expert in Communication System Engineering, completed a Ph.D. in the field at Ben-Gurion University from 2012 to 2016, under the guidance of Prof. Ofer Hadar and Special Advisor Prof. Amit Dvir.
