Dr. Tali Noy Hindi, University of Haifa, Israel

Dr. Tali Noy Hindi is a distinguished scholar in the field of Higher Education, holding a post-doctoral degree from the University of Haifa’s School of Political Sciences. Her research focuses on the implementation of the CRPD (Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities), particularly the transition from welfare bills to service delivery. Dr. Hindi has secured a 2023 International Literature Review grant of 50,000 NIS for this collaborative project with the Ministry of Welfare and Social Security & Joint-Israel Unlimited, where she serves as the Principal Investigator alongside Dr. Gur Ayelet. Alongside her academic pursuits, Dr. Hindi has been actively contributing to the community as the Director of the Research Committee at Shalem Fund since 2017. Shalem Fund is dedicated to developing services for individuals with intellectual disabilities in local authorities.

She earned her Ph.D. in Spatial Economics from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology in 2018, delving into the realms of architecture, town planning, and public policy. Prior to that, she achieved excellence in business administration with an MBA from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2003.
