Assist. Prof. Dr. Supattana Sukrat is an accomplished scholar and Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Commerce and Management at Prince of Songkla University, Trang Campus, Thailand. She specializes in digital transformation, digital business, social commerce, and management information technology. Dr. Sukrat holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (2018), an M.Sc. in Management Information Technology from Prince of Songkla University (2007), and a B.Sc. in Management of Information Technology (Informatics) from Walailak University (2001). Her research focuses on digital transformation strategies for enterprises, technology adoption in agriculture and tourism, and sustainability in business performance, with emerging interests in social commerce and digital maturity models. She has led key projects, including developing a digital transformation maturity model for micro-enterprises (2022), designing an information system for creative tourism (2019), agri-digital innovation for sugarcane cultivation (2023), and sustainability performance assessment for Southeast Asian companies (2024). These initiatives demonstrate her ability to translate academic research into practical solutions benefiting communities and industries. Assist. Prof. Dr. Supattana Sukrat has published in Scopus and IEEE-indexed journals, with six documents, 89 citations, and an h-index of 5, reflecting international recognition.
