Dr. Parvaneh Gelard holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior Management from Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran. Her master’s degree in Public Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management, is from Tarbiat Modares University, and she earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Allameh Tabatabai University.
