Dr. Teodor Lucian Grigorie holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering (2006) and a Habilitation in Aerospace Engineering (2017), both from the University Politehnica of Bucharest. His PhD thesis focused on inertial navigation systems with optoelectronic sensors, and his habilitation thesis addressed sensing, actuation, and control in next-generation aerospace systems. He also earned a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Craiova (1999) and an Engineer’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution (1998).
