With over 18 years of experience in scientific and pedagogical work, he currently serves as Deputy Director for Science at the Institute of Information and Computational Technologies under the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan. He is a specialist in speech recognition, digital signal processing, and natural language processing, and has supervised numerous Ph.D. and master’s theses. Mamyrbayev has authored over 100 scientific papers, holds 2 patents, and has completed advanced training in several countries, including Japan, Azerbaijan, and Malaysia.
