Rao, examined the effects of intellectual capital on performance with a focus on mediating mechanisms. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and IT with distinction from the Institute of Cooperative and Corporate Management Research & Training (ICCMRT), Lucknow. Prior to that, she completed a Master of Arts in English Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Economics, and Psychology at Dr. R. M. L. Avadh University, Uttar Pradesh. Her academic journey began at Canossa Convent Girls Inter College, Faizabad, where she excelled in Higher Secondary and Secondary education.

Experience:

Dr. Bindu Singh has been serving as an Assistant Professor at IIIT Lucknow, where she is a founding member of the Management and Humanities department. She has contributed significantly to the design and launch of innovative programs such as the MBA in Digital Business, PGDBM, M.Sc. in Economics and Management, and the Computer Science and Business (CSB) course. She has supervised research leading to award-winning papers, integrated case studies into teaching, and spearheaded initiatives that led to the establishment of five startups and an incubation center funded by the Government of Uttar Pradesh with a grant of ₹1.5 crore.

Earlier, she served as Assistant Professor at St. Joseph’s Institute of Management, Bangalore, Galgotias University, Greater Noida, and as a Lecturer at BBD University, Lucknow. Across these roles, she has taught a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in HRM, organizational behavior, leadership, research methodology, and entrepreneurship. She has also held key administrative positions, including Faculty In-Charge of the CREATE Incubation Center at IIIT Lucknow and Faculty In-Charge of the Library, where she established a state-of-the-art digital library.
