Ashuqullah Alizai is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in database management, web development, and IT leadership. With a background in electric and electronics engineering, he holds a Master of Science in Informatics with a focus on database management from the Technical University of Berlin. Throughout his career, Ashuqullah has served in various capacities, including as Director of Communication and IT at the Ministry of Communication and IT in Herat, Afghanistan, and as Faculty Dean and Head of Department at the Computer Science Faculty of Herat University. He is proficient in a variety of programming languages and databases, with a strong command of Pashto, Dari, English, and German languages.
