She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Makerere University, a Master’s in Engineering in Communication and Information Systems from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and a Doctorate in Computer Science and Technology from Hunan University. Florence has served in various capacities in academia, including as a lecturer at the University of Dodoma, where she also held administrative roles such as Acting Principal of the College of Informatics and Virtual Education.
