Seok-Joo Koh received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Master of Science (M.S.) degrees in Management Science from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 1992 and 1994, respectively. He went on to complete his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering at KAIST in 1998.
